Privacy, Terms and Disclaimer

Effective from 1 November 2026. We have written these in plain language because trust is the foundation of 100xTribe.

Who we are: 100xTribe is part of the 100x Ecosystem, operated by 3HS India, NIT Faridabad, Haryana, India. Contact: bharat@100xTribe.com.

1. Privacy Policy

In short: We collect only what we need to run the community, we ask your consent first, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.

What we collect

Registration details: name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), city, and your track (Giver or Receiver).
Givers: domain or profession, years of experience, preferred way to contribute, and any note you choose to add.
Receivers: age group, status (student, professional and so on), dimension you want to grow, and any note you choose to add.
Communication records: emails and messages you send us, and replies such as STOP.
Contributions: recordings, text and photographs you give us as a Giver, under the separate Contributor Consent and Release Form.
Basic website and social analytics: aggregated visit and viewing statistics from tools such as Google Analytics and YouTube Studio. We do not use them to identify you personally.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Registrations are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Apps Script and Gmail). Google acts as our service provider and may store data on servers outside India.
Only our core team and volunteers who need it to do their role can see your details. Each volunteer agrees to keep them confidential.
We never sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.
We may share data with service providers who help us run the community (for example, an email service we adopt later) and only on our instructions, or where the law requires it.
Elders' Council members and other contributors do not receive Receivers' personal details. Questions and stories are shared without names unless you agree.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration while you remain in the Tribe. If you opt out or ask for deletion, we delete or anonymise your details within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record. Inactive registrations with no engagement for 24 months are reviewed and deleted. Published contributions stay online unless you ask us to remove them (see the Contributor Release Form).

Your rights

Ask what personal data we hold and how we use it.
Ask us to correct or complete it.
Ask us to erase it.
Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Reply STOP to any email or write to [privacy email].
Name someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to.
Raise a grievance with us. If we do not resolve it, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is functioning for such complaints.

Age limit

100xTribe registration is for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has registered, write to us and we will delete it. When we later open programmes for under-18 students, we will obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent first.

Security and incidents

We use access controls, strong passwords, two-step verification on our accounts, limited sharing of the registration Sheet, and regular backups. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

AI tools

We use AI tools to help draft, caption, translate and format content. We do not put your personal registration data into public AI tools. People review content before it is published.

Cookies and links

Our pages use no advertising cookies. Third-party services we link to (YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and others) have their own privacy policies.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date and tell registered members by email. Grievance and privacy contact: [Name], [email], [phone]. We aim to reply within 7 working days.

2. Terms of Use

In short: Be kind, be honest, respect others' work, and remember this is a learning community, not professional advice.

Using our services

These terms apply when you use 100xTribe.com, 100x.Website, our YouTube channel, podcasts, WhatsApp, Telegram and other 100x channels (together, the "Services").
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a legal agreement under Indian law.
By registering or using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

Community conduct

Treat everyone with respect. The community spans generations, regions, beliefs and languages.
No harassment, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, threats or sexually explicit content.
No spam, scams, or selling, recruiting or promoting anything without our written permission.
No false claims, impersonation, or sharing other people's private information.
No medical, financial or legal advice presented as personal advice, and no stock tips.
We may remove content and members that break these rules.

Your content and contributions

You own what you create. When you post or send content to our community spaces, you allow us to display it for the community, with credit as you choose.
Givers' recordings and articles are covered by the separate Contributor Consent and Release Form, which prevails if there is a conflict.
You promise your content is yours or you have permission to share it, and does not break any law or anyone's rights.

Our content

The names 100x website, 100xTribe, 100xSteps, #100xMantra, the 8-Dimension Wheel, the KLUAA methodology and our designs, text, audio and videos belong to the 100x Ecosystem and its contributors.
You may share our content with credit and a link back for personal and non-commercial purposes. Please ask before copying, translating, selling or using it commercially, or before training AI systems on it.

Free and paid offerings

The daily tip stays free. If we offer paid memberships, products, workshops or sessions in future, the price, what you get, and the refund and cancellation rules will be shown clearly before you pay. We will not charge you without your clear agreement.

Links, sponsors and affiliates

Our Services may link to third-party sites or products. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. We will tell you clearly when content is sponsored or when we earn a commission.

Limits of responsibility

The Services are provided "as is" for learning and inspiration. We try to keep them accurate and available but cannot guarantee that.
To the extent the law allows, we and our contributors are not liable for losses arising from your use of or reliance on the content. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
You are responsible for your own choices and actions.

Ending your participation

You may leave at any time by replying STOP or writing to us. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Indian law governs these terms. We hope to resolve any concern through a friendly conversation first; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of Faridabad, India. Contact: bharat@100xTribe.com.

3. Disclaimer

In short: Our content is shared in good faith to inspire and educate. It does not replace a doctor, therapist, financial adviser or lawyer.

General

Everything on 100xTribe and the wider 100x Ecosystem, including the 100xSteps, articles, videos, podcasts, social posts and live sessions, is for education and inspiration only. Views expressed by contributors are their own personal experiences and opinions and do not necessarily reflect those of 100x.

Our physical, mental and emotional tips are general ideas, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a qualified health professional before changing your health routine, especially if you have a medical condition.

Money and career

Financial and occupational content is general education. We are not SEBI-registered investment advisers, and we do not give stock, crypto or investment recommendations. Please consult a qualified professional before making financial, legal or career decisions.

Spiritual and personal growth

Spiritual content shares a variety of practices and perspectives for reflection. We respect every faith and belief and do not promote any one of them over another.

No guarantees

Results vary. We do not promise any specific outcome from following a 100xStep. Stories and examples are not guarantees.

AI-assisted content

We use AI tools for drafting, editing, captioning and translation. People review our content before publishing, but errors can still occur. Please tell us if you find one.

Sponsors, affiliates and external links

We will label sponsored content and affiliate links. Sponsors cannot control our editorial voice. We are not responsible for the content of other websites.
